Q. What is the limit for the number of sheets I can download in a day?
There is no limit on the number of sheets you can download. However, we urge you to download only what you really want. We are running on a limited bandwidth and we would like to be able to serve as many people as we can every month. Please help us by downloading conservatively.

Q. I can’t open the sheet music files. They are asking for to select an appropriate program to open it.
Our piano sheets are all compressed into WinRar files. You will need to download the WinRar program to unzip the files. You can download the program here.

Q. I have some arrangements for some Final Fantasy pieces, can I submit them?
Yes! We welcome you to submit them at any time. All fan arrangements will be archived in the ‘Final Fantasy Arrangement’ section.

Q. Do you accept sheet music for Piano/Violin duos or the Band etc.?
We do not accept them at the moment. The only duo scores we are accepting now is Piano/Vocals. Our website currently specializes in piano sheets but we might start accepting them if we get many requests.

Q. How do I get my own table in the Fan Arrangement section like Arnold Morrison etc.?
Only fans who have ten or more arrangements with us with get their own table. Other arrangements will be put in a shared table.

Q. I saw the logo. Are you guys affiliated to SquareEnixCo?
This is a fan website and we not affiliated with SquareEnixCo in any way. All design and graphics are designed by our webmaster.

Q. Wow. Where did you guys find so many Final Fantasy piano sheets?
Like you, we are all piano enthusiasts. We have been looking for Final Fantasy piano sheets over the years and we are fortunate to have found people who are willing to share what they have. (on forums etc.) Our sheet music collection is what we have compiled so far. If you have something that we don’t, you can help us with our compilation too! Visit ‘Submit Sheet Music’ for more information.

Q. Can I take piano sheets from FFPianoMelody.com and post them on my website?
Yes and no. You can post piano sheets that are found under the ‘Final Fantasy Arrangement’ section if you get the permission from the respective owners. However, please refrain from posting sheets from any official piano book collection. Those sheets are meant for sampling purposes only. (Do not host them directly on your website)

Q. Can I perform these pieces in a public concert?
No. You will have to request permission from SquareEnixCo.

Q. Are the official Final Fantasy piano books any good?
Of course! They contain a lot of pieces and they are arranged to be very close to the original soundtracks. You can download their sheets as samples to see for yourself.

Q. So… I can download them. Why should I buy the original book then?
Let’s make this clear. Piano sheets found on the internet will NEVER be better than the original books. Many of these sheets are scanned and their quality might not be suitable for printing. Even if they are suitable, a proper book is still way better than a few pieces of loose paper which are easily crumpled or misplaced.

Besides, every book makes a nice collectible for Final Fantasy fans and piano enthusiasts. So what you are really getting is the benefit of having a quality piano book minus all the frustrations from loose pieces of paper and on top of that, you also get the good feeling of buying something good. So really… what wouldn't you want them over scans?

Q. How do I get into the list of ‘Contributors’?
The first way is to submit a piano sheet that we currently do not have, they will be reviewed and checked. If they are accepted, your name/nickname will be entered into our list of contributors.

The secondway to get into the list is to 'Make a Donation' to FFPianoMelody. Hosting these files costs us money every month and every dollar helps. We are adding people who donated into our list of contributors as a way of saying “Thank you!”

Sharing a video link does not put you in our Contributors list. However, we hope it does not affect your decision of sharing a good video with us. Take it as doing something nice for everybody!

Q. How do I donate?
You can click on the Paypal icon to take you to a Paypal site. You can either log into your Paypal account or enter your Debit/Credit card information on the spot to donate. (Paypal is a secured website.) All donations will go into our FFPianoMelody Fund.

Q. I've just donated a dollar. How do I get credited now?
Please send us an email notifying us of your donation. We will require you to tell us the amount you donated, the date when you made the donation (important!) and how you would like to be credited.

Donations received without a follow up email will be marked as Annoynomus.
